Terms & Warranties
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.
You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time.
Physical goods supplied by Geographe Tech Support carry a minimum 1-year warranty against defects from the date of purchase. This is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
-Privacy Phones supplied by Geographe Tech Support carry a minimum 1-year warranty against hardware defects from the date of purchase. Please note that the installation of a non-standard Operating System (GrapheneOS) typically results in the manufacturer (Google) and original retailers denying warranty claims or factory service. By purchasing a Privacy Phone, you acknowledge that any hardware support or warranty claims must be directed to Geographe Tech Support rather than the original manufacturer or original retailer, and that the device is ineligible for standard factory servicing.
Technical support and configurations are performed with due care and skill. We cannot guarantee that third-party software will be error-free or that security threats will not evolve. Software and source code are supplied "as-is" unless covered by a specific Service Level Agreement.
